New Game

We need to come up with a new game. We can try my suggestion, or another one, but we need to have some more threads on madden lounge.

A game I thought of is simple. You have to match the first letter of the last name to the first letter of the first name in yours. They all have to be sports players/coaches. For example: mine could be Willie Parker and you respond back with Paul Pierce. Another thing, is if you respond with double letters like Paul Pierce, then the next person has to be double letters of any letter, besides the one used, which in this case was P. We could even do like teams, and create 3 threads, and whoever has the most after a weeks wins. Should we use current or current/former?

Or, we could do a different game. We need Madden Lounge more lively!

First letter of last name of yours was 'P' and the first letter of the first name I chose was 'P' so that means the next guy has to work with 'M'. Amirite?

Might have been a bit easier to understand if you hadn't used a guy who's initials are 'PP'. It's a little confusing.

Well, if it's PP, then the next person replies with double letters, with any letter, besides P. Let's say the next person uses Mikey Mantle. Then, the next person uses M for first name, but isn't a double lettered person. So, like Michael Jordan. It's quite simple. We can divide into 4 people on 3 teams. After a deadline, whoever has the most wins. Any questions?

Post, if you want in or you want out. You have to be an active member! It will start 9pm EST tomorrow night. Also, come up with a team name!

Rules: I changed my mind. It is only current NFL players, not including coaches, unless they were an NFL player, like Dick Lebeau. Try to pick people, that everyone knows, and not some scrub that was on the practice squad for 5 years. You cannot go twice in a row, or use same person twice during that two weeks. Each team will get their own thread, and can only post within that thread. Then, after two weeks, February 23rd at 9 pm EST, I will count to see who has the most players. Team captains decided upon team name, and might have another responsibility, not sure what.

Is it just matching the first letter or last letter to a first or last letter of someone else?

Yeah, you pretty much match the last letter of the first person, to the first letter of the second person, and the last letter of the second person, to the first letter of the third person, and so on.

(Of course with only football players, and each person cant do more than one name on a turn!)

Yeah, but you can only give one name per turn. so it could be Mutant with a name, then you, then Mutant, or whatever. you just cannot give two names in a row.
